Semi polished cannonball British Lower Jurassic, Upper Lias Ammonite Cluster from Sandsend, Whitby, North Yorkshire, England Eleganticeras elegantulum

A fantastic example of this Lower Jurassic British Ammonite cluster within the original matrix bowled out to perfection and the pyrite skin semi polished to the best of its properties allowed. Found:- Falciferum Zone, Upper Lias, Lower Jurassic, Sandsend, Nr Whitby, North Yorkshire, England. Age:- 180 Million Years Old Ammonite Size between 45mm and 20mm. nodule size roughly 170mm in diameter !
